About the “Store”

This is the on-line retail outlet for Counter Force Press,
a self-publishing and distribution point located in New Zealand on-demand publishing service to offer their works to you. Please relax and browse our selection of books and products. You will find contents information, a synopsis, sample excerpts, author's bio, and selected quotes from the text. If you wish to order a book, or other product, it will be shipped to you within 2 - 3 days using the mail or courier option you select.

How to make purchases

1. As you select books, they are placed in your "shopping basket."
2. You can add or delete books, or change quantities in your basket at any time.
3. To process your order, we'll need your name, address, credit card and delivery information on the order form in your shopping basket.
4. Our server is "secure", but if you are hesitant about sending your financial information over the Internet, you can copy down the pertinent information and then phone, mail or fax your order.

Refund/Return Policy

Because all Counter Force Press authors' books are printed "on-demand" in response to orders, they are NOT sold on a refundable or returnable basis. You may only return an unread book in its original condition if you received the wrong book or there was a manufacturing problem. You must return the book within 15 days of receipt of your order for a refund (credit) to your credit card. We will refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Please complete the reason for return on the receipt you receive with your order, put the receipt in the carton, and wrap the package securely. A cardholder's right to cancel an order via an Electronic Commerce Transaction cannot be permitted after a product is shipped to the customer.

Credit Card Cancellation Policy

Credit Card orders made online are processed when received by means of “PAYSTATION”, our secure online Credit Card Service Provider. To cancel an order and avoid a charge to your Credit Card you must notify us twenty-four hours prior to the shipment of your order. Cancellation of a Credit Card order can only be made prior to the shipping of an orion cder. Once an order is processed for shipping, a Credit Card cancellation cannot be permitted. Any questions concerning our policies on these matters should be directed to our information services whose addresses are shown in our contact list.
